I see on our timetable that we have a transcription tutorial every week, with mine scheduled in at 2:00pm.
Is there there any chance that I can be rescheduled into an AM slot because the afternoon is difficult for me every week?

I can't see this being a problem - can you make a local arrangement with whomever you'd be replacing in the slot? If they're happy to move slots then fine.
